It is a festival of hope. It brings people from all walks of life together for a night of fun, entertainment, celebration and remembrance.

Why do we Relay?

Every 5 minutes, another Australian is diagnosed with cancer. While survival rates are improving every day, cancer remains the leading cause of death. Every dollar raised at Relay For Life helps Cancer Council to:

• Research new ways to prevent, detect and treat cancers.

• Educate people in your community about the ways they can reduce their cancer risk.

• Advocate to influence government policy.

• Support cancer patients and their families during their cancer journey.

Who can participate?

Everyone is invited to Relay. You can have up to 15 team members, including your nominated team captain. This is an event for people of all ages and all levels of fitness. Relay For Life is suitable for everyone, and anyone can join in the fun!
